Welcome back to the website. Yeah, I know many of you are reading this in different parts of the country and around the world. But if you're in or around NYC... this weekend!!! Keep your fingers crossed for a great weather this Saturday!

BECAUSE I WANT "YOU" TO BE ON THE COVER OF THE NEW ALBUM!!! (More about that in a minute.)

Right now... there is a brand new episode of "I Love the Company" here today. (Show #260) Gonna play a bunch of your phone calls regarding the many of the things that were talked about on episode #259.

Also, I'm gonna go ahead and say we have TWO winners for answering the "what-were-James and-Lisa-singing" question. (I guess we'll give a way a T-Shirt and a Crazy on the Same Day hat.)

Here... go ahead and click on this logo to listen to the podcast.

(You can always subscribe to the show and get it
automatically by hitting that itunes button over there.)

Musical guest on this show: Laura Clapp (Click on her photo to visit her website, find out more about her, where she's playing, and how to get her music.)

Oh yeah! SERIOUSLY!

I've been talking about a brand new podcast!!! Well, the pilot episode is here for you to listen to and comment on.

So, after you listen to ILTC today... go ahead and click on this title to listen to the pilot episode of the new spin-off podcast:

WHERE'S THE VOICE

For my very first interview, I got the brilliant and funny singer/songwriter, Eric Schwartz to lead off. He's the composer of the internet hit "Clinton Got a Blowjob".

Check it out and then call the one of these numbers to let me know what you think.

Anywhere in North America:

646-224-8162

In Europe:

+44 845 280 6622

Actually, call the show just to leave a message for me if you want, or to voice an opinion, or to introduce a topic, or an artist, or some music... or whatever. Even just to say "Hey".

Or call if you want to leave a comment about on of the new YouTube videos that are makin' the rounds.

Okay, now about THE COVER OF THE NEW ALBUM!!!

Yeah... if you're in town, show up at "The Hill" in Central Park for a group photo that we'll probably wind up using for the cover of the new CD... which is going to be called, strangely enough... "I Love the Company". (We'll probably try to take the shot when the crowd is pretty big and that's usually by around 2:00... maybe 3:00

Cool?

More about that on the podcast today.

Okay... I gotta get back to Dodger's studio today to lay down a few final vocal tracks with Dave Marcus for the new album.

See you guys tomorrow.

Thanks for everything.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
