Okay!

Hey... sorry for no update yesterday. Things are all over the place and up in the air.

First... y'know what!?!?

One month from today, we're scheduled to begin another season out in Central Park.

We start on May 5th

Very cool.

There is a new episode of "I Love the Company" up on this site right now. It's "The Weekly Wake-Up Call". But, I have a little news about "I Love the Company" and this website in general I wanna share with you first.

Things are going to be changing pretty drastically around here.

For one thing... we're going to split the podcast into 2 shows.. 2 feeds that will kind of be sisters to each other, but separate. One will be called "I Love the Company"... and the other will be called "The Weekly Wake Up Call". (No, no... if you're a subscriber, don't get your panties all bunched up! James Marino is gonna work it out so you have the option of getting both together.)

Listen... I have so much to do right now. Gotta get to Roger and get to work on the new album for this Spring and the newest single I'm working on... "The Legend of the Big Giant Head". (The Bill O'Reilly Story)

Click on this photo for a little taste of it.

"Big Giant Head".

Then, go ahead and click on this logo to listen to today's show. (#235)

Then, if you're new around here just hit the "Archives" and check out some previous shows and updates. Or go to our Podshow site and have a look around. Do a little exploring. Join the "entourage" or become a "Person Who Digs Me" or whatever.

Or check out a "Wake Up Call" from a couple of week's ago. It is a show that I'm still getting email about. (But, I'd rather you guys picked up the phone and left a message.) If you missed it... it was show (#220) I wanna hear from you... yeah, YOU. Your opinions, thoughts, feelings... about... oh, um... morality, homosexuality, the military, hypocrisy and... uh... music!

I'm very often inspired to do Wake Up Calls because of... well, because of these two... um... these two.

Click on this logo to listen. (#220) Just turn on your speakers, or plug in your headphones and click.

Special musical guests for that show were: Colleen Jameson and Mr. Arlo Guthrie. (Click on their photo to visit their websites, find out more about their music, where they're playing, and how to get their music.)

.

After you listen to the show, pick up the phone and give me a call. YOU HAVE ANY THOUGHTS OR FEELINGS ABOUT THIS WEEK'S WAKE-UP CALL!? Go ahead and call. If you're NEW here, hit the "Archives" and go back to listen to other shows. (All 220 of them are still available!) Let me know where in the world you're listening. Let me know what you think of the artists I play on ILTC. If you are a songwriter yourself, give me a shout and send me some music to play on the show!

Hey, call in with any comments, or opinions, or requests you have.... anything at all that you wanna say about the show "I Love the Company" or anything at all.

Okay, gotta go. But, before I get out of here today, I wanna remind you that if you wanna help out with the cost of the permits, the granola bars, batteries and whatnot, and to help keep "I Love the Company" coming to you every weekday, you can still make a donation by clicking on this link. (Thanks to everyone who's already thrown a few dollars. I'll be sending more personal emails soon.)

Okay... I'll be back with today's show very soon.

Please check in every day and make sure to get a few more people to hook into "I Love the Company".

Thanks for everything.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
