Man!!! I can't wait for the weather to get warm. I need to be hangin' out with a guitar on my shoulder and you guys in Central Park.

But, next Wednesday Night I'll be heading over to the EAST SIDE. (Hear that, all you East Siders!?) Yeah, I'm playing at Sessions 73, First ave & 73rd St. NEXT WEDNESDAY! (More in upcoming updates.)

For today? Welcome to the website. Hope you guys are all checkin' out "I Love the Company" every day! Got a good show up today. (#216) Playing some music from some friends of mine and artists from around the internet. But, I'm also asking you to call in and be a part of the show.

FIRST... (Yeah, I know an awful lotta you are in different parts of the country and the world.) But, if you live in New York City....

HELP!!!

I'm lookin' for an apartment.... AGAIN!

AHHHHHHH!!!

If you know of a one bedroom anywhere in Manhattan, gimme a shout okay?

But call about anything at all.

Okay, here's today's show. Click on this logo to listen. (#216) Just turn on your speakers, or plug in your headphones and click.

Special musical guests on today's show: Laura Cheadle, Mark Aaron James and Josh Grosvent. (Click on their photo to visit their websites, find out more about their music, where they're playing, and how to get their music.)

. .

Oh, oh, oh... by the way!

I know a lot of you are reading this in different parts of the country and the world... but, here in NYC, I can hardly wait until we'll be heading out to the park to begin another season on "The Hill". If you wanna help out with the cost of the permits, the granola bars, batteries and whatnot, and to help keep "I Love the Company" coming to you every weekday, you can still make a donation by clicking on this link. (Thanks to everyone who's already thrown a few dollars. I'll be sending more personal emails soon.)

Also, one more thing.... one more time. I hafta make this available again.

Y'see, last Friday night I played my semi-usual volunteer gig over at Ronald McDonald House. And, once again several of the beautiful people over there were touched by a song I wrote a good while back. (I kinda wrote it for the families at RMH in a round about and very cool way.) In fact, Dodger and I are working on the remake of that track for the new album in the Spring of this year. It's called "Don't Let It Hold You Back".

Anyway, they asked me if I could make the original version available as a free download for them to hang on to. So, here it is guys.

Just click on this photo and download it for yourself. Feel free to pass it on to whomever you think might need it today.

Okay... I'm outta here.

Gotta go find a place to live.

(Don't ask!)

But, if you live in Manhattan and know of anything, gimme a shout.

Thanks for everything guys.

See you tomorrow

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
