There's so much goin' on.
Thanks for showin' up. Brand new episode of "I Love the Company" today. (#208) My buddy Sid Bernstein, the man who is best known for bringing The Beatles to America, is back on the show with another great story about the most recent time he hung out with Paul McCartney.

It's episode #208. Just turn your speakers on, or put in your ear buds, then click on this logo and give it a listen. And then give me a call and be a part of the show.

Musical guests on today's show: David Buskin, and David Abbinanti. Ha! All Davids... all the time! (Click on their photos to visit their websites, find out more about them, where they're playing, and how to get their music.)
.
BY THE WAY... the Central Park Permit Fund for '07 is continuing. (Could really use everybody's help with that effort. The PayPal button is over there on the right, under The Weather.)
But, the BIG news is this...
This coming Thursday night... here in New York City! We're gonna shake these winter blues! We'll get together and share that "It's Just Us" feeling like in the Spring and Summer in Central Park!

Call a few friends and tell them to meet you there! Around 9:00 until around 11:00 at Makor Cafe. (Early enough gig for a weeknight.)
Don't miss it!!! Chances to get together like this are rare in the winter months. If a lot of you show up for this one, I think Makor will wanna host more and more of these nights!!! We all need it. Just to let loose and sing and laugh together for a few hours. Remember we held the CD release concert for "Common Ground" at Makor a while back. Great people, great sounding room, really cool venue. Good food, couple of drinks... kick back. Relax.

Makor Cafe is on West 67th Street, between CPW and Broadway. You can call for tickets right now and make sure you reserve a seat (212-601-1000) ...and I'm pretty sure you can get tickets online today. Or, just show up that night. The place seats about 200 people. (Unlike Merkin Hall which seats around 500.) More intimate kinda setting. Perfect for a cold winter night if you ask me.
By the way, Sid Bernstein is gonna be there in the audience. All the same beautiful faces you see on "The Hill" in Central Park will be there. And, I asked the people at Makor to low-ball the admission price for this show. (Usually they go around 15 or 20 dollars.)
We're doin' this one for $12.
(I might get a few fellow singer/songwriters to show up and kick some stuff around. Maybe I'll be able to talk Dodger into sittin' in at this one.)

Hope I hear from you , and if you're in New York City... hope we get to hang together on Thursday.
Thanks again.
