Okay, okay!
Here it is. A real update with a new episode of "I Love the Company".
(whew!)
Yay!!!

Y'know? My life is all over the place and not lookin' exactly as I thought it would this far into 2007. But, that's life. Full of surprises and challenges.
All good.
Here's show #199... finally!

Click on this logo to listen now or
whenever you want.
Lisa's back on this show. And like I said, it's phone-call-heavy! All next week we'll be playing more of your phone calls and comments, so keep 'em comin'. gotta get back into the swing of the "Weekly Wake-Up Call" too. Our only musical guest today is John Zielman. (Mainly because I mispronounced his name last time and tried to move Holland to Scandinavia. Um... nevermind.) Click on his photo to visit his website, find out more about the group, where they're playing, and how to get their music.

Soooo many people have been congratulating us on reaching episode #200.
Damn!
WE HAVEN'T DONE 200... yet!!!!
(So many really great people listen to ILTC these days.) I hope you guys are all gonna spread the word to your friends and get them to listen, too... now that we're back.
THANKS so much for hangin' in there during this downtime. And, if you live in the NYC area... thanks to the several people who already sent a donation to the "Central Park Permit Fund" of '07. (I will be sending you individual emails in the next couple of days.) I could really use it and really, really appreciate it. Believe it or not, the NYC Parks Department already needed the money for this year's Special Events Permits. Actually, they already took the money for the first round of permits out of my account. (The $45 Sound Device Permits from the NYPD are next.)
So, yeah you can click on this link to help out if you feel like it, with PayPal or Amazon. (But, PayPal doesn't take as much as Amazon.)
Also... no matter where in the country or where in the world you live, we here at "That Guitar Man" (meaning me) are accepting donations to keep the podcast "I Love the Company" going until we can get a few sponsors behind the show. (Kinda like PBS or NPR, y'know?)
Please give whatever you can, okay? I figure all together out in Central Park, granola bars and occasional hot dogs included, it takes about $100 to get out there for each Saturday afternoon. And, podcasting really has become kind of a full-time job.
Wanna help out?
Cool.
But listen, if you can't... don't sweat it. I know what it's like to be poor. I'd much rather have you enjoying the music than worryin' about the money.
Thanks for everything. Enjoy show #199.
