Y'know? All you hafta do to start something wonderful is put it out there into the Universe.

Like everyone else, I have between two and... um... a billion thoughts a day. They dance across the stage one after the other. If I notice one thought for whatever reason, and grab it to let it entertain me center stage for a while, it earns the right to be called an idea. The Good ideas... I allow to dance as long as they want.

But, they remain nothing more than ideas until I get off my ass and do something... actually take action in the physical plane. Do the work. Show up for it. Make the phone call, send the email, put pen to paper and write the lyric, pick up the guitar and play, go out into the city and enlist the people and resources needed to create something wonderful.

That's what today's installment of "I Love the Company" is all about. A thought that I had a long tome ago, that has become a wonderful idea that Lisa and several Creative people in our circle have begun to share and enhance in their own amazing ways. It's sooooo fuckin' cool.

Yeah, Lisa is gonna join me on today's show again to kick this around.

And we really want YOU to call the show to let us know how you feel about it, too.

But, first... click on this logo to listen to the show. (#189)

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
