Welcome to the website. Welcome to everyone across the country and around the world who's checkin' in for the first time. First things first...

(Hopefully, I'll tell you about these flowers on an upcoming show.)

Pretty cool show this weekend on "I Love the Company". And, in a little bit I'll tell you what's comin' up this week... and all about a NEW project here and at Podshow! (As always, there will be a new show every day this week.) On Monday... as promised, a little more of my conversations with music legend and good friend, Sid Bernstein. This time Sid'll be talkin' about The Rolling Stones and James Brown!

Today? Rainy, autumn Sunday here in New York City.

A little different than afternoons in the summer.

Yeah, summer's gone. But, as always... I'm a possibility junkie and I'm always looking forward to the next adventure, the next song, the next idea.... the next Creative project, the next chance to tell the story, touch a heart, make someone laugh.

It's why I do this stuff.

Damn! I love my life! I've got more hope than any one man should have. And, enough dreams to keep me young until they stick me in a box.

And, we've got the "Year-End Concert" comin' up in a little over 3 weeks. Man!

Y'know, if you live in or around New York City, or plan on being here the first week of December, you can get tickets TODAY. (Yeah, the box office is open today.) It's that yearly tradition... that one night when we all get together in that 500 seat theater and have blast.... kickin' the year in the ass as it heads out the door. It's at Merkin Concert Hall right here in New York City. And this year it's on Wednesday Night, December 6th! You can get tickets online right now. TODAY! The box office is today after 12 noon. Like I said, Merkin Hall is a great, great sounding venue and seats about 500. Now, the gig sells out almost every year, but there are plenty of tickets left and there really is NOT a bad seat in that house!

To get get your seats online click on this link. I'm tellin' you, this gig is so much fun every year. This year, it's gonna be great again. I'm already lookin' forward to hangin' out with you guys. Gonna have some wonderful guests on stage with me. Try not miss it. Seriously, try to get a bunch of friends together and make a night of it!

To call the box office directly, here's the number:

But, right now... HERE'S THE WEEKEND SHOW on "I Love the Company".

It's show #151. Fun show today... with a really wonderful phone call from a fellow singer/songwriter, a really gifted artist a great person... and, then a few comments about an assinine email I received recently... about how NOT to behave if you want to be respected as an artist or as a human being.

Just turn on your speakers and click on this logo to hear the weekend show.

Or, download it to listen to whenever you want.

My musical guests on today's show are: Kirsten Thein and David McMillin. (As always, click on the photos to visit their websites, find out about them, where they're playing or how to get more of their music.)

.

After you listen to the show, you can call these numbers to leave comments for me or for ILTC. Maybe your comment will be played on the show! Have fun. Call the number and be a part of the whole thing.

Okay, before I get outta here I'm gonna ask you all to check out the MySpace page. And, when you do I'd like you to sign up as a friend. I'm very new on the damned thing. But, I'm really exploring the whole MySpace thing to see if it's gonna be fun and worth the effort.

Let me know what you think, okay?

If you've been comin' around for a while, thanks for always showing up... here and in the park. And if you're brand new here, take a look around. There's a lot of cool stuff on this site. And, you can go back and listen through a whole bunch of the previous Podcasts. Actually... you can go back and listen to all of them if you have the time.

You can also email me about anything you want by clicking on that "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get these days. But I promise I read every single one.

Thanks again.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
