Very, very cool show on "I Love the Company" today!!!
Y'know, since I've gotten turned onto this whole podcasting thing, the possibilities have been amazing, (And, you all know me... I am a possibility-junkie.) And I guess, being this busy has been keeping me as close to sane as I'm gonna get this time around.
So, I though it would be cool to run some music by other artists past a really good, good friend of mine... the man who brought The Beatles to America, who produced The Rolling Stones, The Rascals, James Brown, Jimi Hendrix, The Moody Blues on and on and on.

Mr. Sid Bernstein
So, today on ILTC I ran a few tracks past him by two female artists who I've become a fan of on the Podsafe Music Network: Laura Clapp and Beth Thornley.
Just turn on your speakers and click on this logo to hear the show.

Or, download it to listen to whenever you want.
Like I said, my musical guests on today's show are: Laura Clapp and Beth Thornley. (As always, click on the photos to visit their websites, find out about them, where they're playing or how to get more of their music.)
.
Okay, moving on. Y'know, I made a special CD with some of the hits from this past year... a few of the songs you guys all told me you really liked this summer. And, at this year's concert at Merkin Concert Hall, it's only $10... no tax, no nothin'. Or... you can get it FREE with any of the other CDs you buy!)

"Tom Cruise Scares Me"
"The Religion Song"
"Oh, Exxon"
"A different Cowboy's Lament"
"Next Time Around" (The New Year Song)
Think about the people in your life that might get a real kick out of this, then come to the concert and get it! ARE YOU JUST STARTING TO RIP INTO YOUR CHRISTMAS SHOPPING? Got a bunch of people and you don't know exactly what to get 'em?
I think maybe this could be a special, one-of-a-kind, uniquely New York gift for them. In the lobby before the gig my CDs are gonna be available. "People on the Hill", "In Person", "It's Just Us", "Crazy on the Same Day", Common Ground".
Cool?
The gig is a week from Wednesday here in New York City!!!
So... join me at Merkin Concert Hall , okay?
I'm tellin' you, this gig is so much fun every year. It's the "Year-End Concert"! This year, it's gonna be great again. I'm already lookin' forward to hangin' out with you guys. Gonna have some wonderful guests on stage with me. Try not miss it. Seriously, try to get a bunch of friends together and make a night of it!

See you there.
If you've been comin' around for a while, thanks for always showing up... here and in the park. And if you're brand new here, take a look around. There's a lot of cool stuff on this site. And, you can go back and listen through a whole bunch of the previous Podcasts. Actually... you can go back and listen to all of them if you have the time.
You can also email me about anything you want by clicking on that "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get these days. But I promise I read every single one.
