Got another really fun show on "I Love the Company" today... with a little more of that "behind-the-scenes" kinda thing that you guys have been telling me you kinda like.

On today's show, I'm playing a little clip of a recording in a loose songwriting session that I recently had with Cassandra Kubinski. She's one of those kickin' artists who's gonna be on stage with me at this year's "Year-End Concert" here in New York. (She's also sung with me several times out in Central Park this past summer.

I'm also playing a preview... um... yeah, maybe an exclusive preview, (I gotta ask Cassie about that) ...a track from her upcoming, soon-to-be-released CD. (Hold the Sun) The song is called "Ride Alone" and, man! You're gonna hear this track and wanna get the CD the day it's released.

Here.. click on this logo to listen to the show right now.

Or, download it to listen to whenever you want.

Heeeeeere's Cassie!

Click on her photo to visit her website and find out how to get her first album and find out where she's playing.

Oh hey... like I said yesterday, I think I've got a brand new song being born. And y'know what? No matter what's goin' on in the world! No matter what's goin' on in my personal life! No matter what's goin' on... um... no matter what's goin' on! The concert! Man ! We're gonna have a good time.

Here's a thought that would be good for me and might help you guys out with your holiday shopping. Y'know that concert is a week from tonight. I'm gonna have ALL of my CDs on sale in the lobby before and after the show. ALSO... I've made a brand new CD with a collection of songs from this year that will be exclusively for sale at the Year End Concert '06.

And, this CD is only gonna be $10. (Or, get it FREE with every other CD you buy!!!)

"Tom Cruise Scares Me"
"The Religion Song"
"Oh, Exxon"
"A different Cowboy's Lament"
"Next Time Around" (The New Year Song)

So bring a little extra cash and pick p a whole bunch of them for those people you hafta buy gifts for who might want something uniquely New York. (Plus, they're really easy to gift-wrap.)

Cool?

Now... TODAY, TODAY, TODAY!!!

The box office is open today if you wanna make this the day you know you've got tickets to the "Year-End Concert" in just about 2 weeks!

It's at Merkin Concert Hall here in New York City. And this year it's on Wednesday Night, December 6th! You can get tickets online right now. TODAY! The box office is open after 12 noon. Merkin Hall is a great, great sounding venue and seats about 500. Now, the gig sells out almost every year, but there are plenty of tickets left and there really is NOT a bad seat in that house!

Y'know... here's a quick little video of a Beatles cover tune we pulled out of our hat at the last minute one year. Check out the video and see if it doesn't look like a night where anything can happen. It really is kinda cool.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
