Got some fun stuff in this update today. TOMORROW is election day. So, I thought I'd trot out a few pieces of artwork I did a little while ago. (Further down the page.) Pass them around to all your friends. Have fun with them! Point all your friends all over the country at this website today, ask them to listen to the podcast "I Love the Company", and tell them they can download the cartoon images and send them to whoever they want for free.

Got a cool show today on ILTC that's NOT about politics... it's about heading back to your old hometown.

Me?

I'm a Possibility junkie. Something that I hope will never change. No matter what happens in my life, no matter where I go, or what I do.... I pray that never changes. I probably always will be. I live on hope... and wonder, and passion. I tend to embrace mystery, and pain, and wonder, and disappointment, and recovery, and laughter, and heartache, and possibility, and really good pizza... and Love... and music.

And so... New York City is my hometown.

But, you know what I mean. Heading back to the place of your youth. On today's show... a couple of songs about that kinda thing and a phone call from a regular listener up in Canada about his trip back to his hometown for a high school reunion.

Just turn on your speakers and click on this logo to hear the weekend show.

Or, download it to listen to whenever you want.

We'll get into the election a little on tomorrow's show!

Now that ILTC has joined the Podshow+ family, you guys might wanna go check it out... become part of the "entourage" or register as an official "listener", just visit THIS WEBSITE and check it out, okay? Take a look around... maybe boomark the page, like I said... sign up. Become a regular. Get in on the ground floor and help this show go really global!

Okay... a few of my original cartoons. Click on the image for the larger version to print out.

The first one, um... you might forget the relevance since Jack Abramoff has emerged as a sleaze and a crook, Tom Delay has been indicted, House Speaker Dennis Hastert has covered up the behavior of a sexual predator, and on and on and on. But, this was in reference to the Prince of Darkness and documented liar, Dick Cheney, losing control of "Scooter" Libby, who's also been indicted on federal charges. The rest are pretty straight-forward and to the point I think.

I call them, "Damned Scooter!" - "The Wheels Came Off" - "'At's My Boy!" - "Who Knew Pants Really Catch Fire?"

. . . . . .

I call them, "Damned Scooter!" - "The Wheels Came Off" - "'At's My Boy!" - "Who Knew Pants Really Catch Fire?"

Oh yeah! And, this year it finally made sense to me why Dick Cheney is such a disingenuous, duplicitous, evil man.

.

OH MAN! Before I forget, my musical guests on today's show are both from the Podsafe Music Network: Babylon Bombs and Dave Potts. (As always, click on the photos to visit their websites, find out about them, where they're playing or how to get more of their music.)

.

Give the show a listen. And, then call this number to leave a message or a comment if you have anything to say. Have fun. Call the number and be a part of the whole thing.

Now... TODAY, TODAY, TODAY!!!

The box office is open today if you wanna make this the day you know you've got tickets to the "Year-End Concert" in just about 4 weeks!

It's at Merkin Concert Hall here in New York City. And this year it's on Wednesday Night, December 6th! You can get tickets online right now. TODAY! The box office is open every day this week after 12 noon. Merkin Hall is a great, great sounding venue and seats about 500. Now, the gig sells out almost every year, but there are plenty of tickets left and there really is NOT a bad seat in that house!

Y'know... here's a quick little video of a Beatles cover tune we pulled out of our hat at the last minute one year. Check out the video and see if it doesn't look like a night where anything can happen. It really is kinda cool.

Click on the image to see the video.

To get get your seats online click on this link. I'm tellin' you, this gig is so much fun every year. This year, it's gonna be great again. I'm already lookin' forward to hangin' out with you guys. A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
