Y'know, if things don't work out for me here, in different areas of my life.... y'know, there was a guy who called in to "I Love the Company" with a suggestion to do a world tour of parks I could play in next summer.

Now, both ILTC and my tune "Tom Cruise Scares Me" are getting really popular in the UK. So, last night I decided to take a look at a couple of parks I wouldn't mind playing next summer. Hmmmmm... "That Guitar Man from Hyde Park".

Hyde Park in London

Just a thought.

Here it is Saturday afternoon and I don't have a guitar on my shoulder making music with all of you.

That's cool for now. We've got the podcast, and I'm gonna see all of you here in New York City at Merkin Hall in less than 3 weeks. (I'll tell you how to get your tickets in a minute.)

And... um... by the way. I'll always call NYC my home. I'll find my way.

But, first I can tell you that there's a pretty good episode of "I Love the Company" this weekend. If you haven't heard it yet, just click on this logo and give it a listen.

Or, download it to listen to whenever you want.

Here they are.... my musical guests on today's show and two guys who are gonna be on stage with me at Merkin Concert Hall. (As always, click on the photos to visit their websites, find out about them, where they're playing or how to get more of their music.)

After you listen to the show, why don't you head on over to our new Podshow+ Site and explore it a little!!! Then call with any suggestions you might have about the show, and the page, and whatever else on which you care to comment.

Okay... the MERKIN HALL gig.

The box office is NOT open today, but you can get your tickets online. And the box office WILL be open tomorrow and every day this week after noon. (Except Thanksgiving)

It's just about time to kick this year in the ass as it heads out the door. So... join me at Merkin Concert Hall here in New York City in less than 3 weeks. Wednesday night, December 6th!

I'm tellin' you, this gig is so much fun every year. It's the "Year-End Concert"! This year, it's gonna be great again. I'm already lookin' forward to hangin' out with you guys. Gonna have some wonderful guests on stage with me. Try not miss it. Seriously, try to get a bunch of friends together and make a night of it!

To call the box office tomorrow, here's the number:

212-501-3330

Or, get your tickets online right now by clicking on this link!

The damned show is only $20 like it's been for years, now. Don't get sold-out, okay?

Get a chance to sit in a great theater, look around, and see all the same faces you've see over the summer in Central Park

See you there.

If you've been comin' around for a while, thanks for always showing up... here and in the park. And if you're brand new here, take a look around. There's a lot of cool stuff on this site. And, you can go back and listen through a whole bunch of the previous Podcasts. Actually... you can go back and listen to all of them if you have the time.

You can also email me about anything you want by clicking on that "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get these days. But I promise I read every single one.

Thanks again.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
