It's a new week... new day... new show on "I Love the Company".

Okay, dammit! Let's get right to it. Music. Laughs. Enough of this "feelin-shaky-and-sad shit" from last week. (Okay, okay. Me thinks the gentleman doth protest too much.) But... screw it! Let's get on with life!

What the hell am I talkin' about!?

Oh, here... click on this logo and just listen to the show!

(It's just a 24-minute internet show or podcast.) Just turn on your speakers, or plug in your headphones, and click.

(Or download it to listen later.)

Once again, thanks for another great season in Central Park. I truly missed you all this weekend. I guess I always go through a little withdrawal this time of year.

But now I'm looking forward to the "Year-End Concert" at Merkin Concert Hall on December 6th.

You don't wanna miss this gig.

Seriously, it's a whole lotta fun every year. We kinda get together in that great theater and kick the year in the ass as it heads out the door. To get your tickets right now, today, you can either call the box office directly:

212-501-3330

Or, get your seats online by clicking on this link. I'm tellin' you, that gig is so much fun every year. This year, it's gonna be great again. I'm already lookin' forward to hangin' out with you guys. Gonna have some wonderful guests on stage with me. Try not miss it. Get a bunch of friends together and make a night of it!

Okay... almost forgot the links for "I Love the Company"!

On today's ILTC the musical guests are: George Wurzbach, Doug MacLeod and My Pal Vinny. (As always, click on the photos to visit their websites, find out about them, where they're playing and how to get more of their music.)

. .

By the way, Vinny sent this "Hi" pic for his link, and in the corresponding photo
the artist is the cat on the left holding the CD.

Here's a link to his entire track that I featured on today's show.

"Cartoon People" by Vinny (The youngest artist we've ever featured.)

Got any words of encouragement foir this future Dylan, feel free to email or call the number.

Okay... FREE STUFF! Here's a FREE download. I'd really like to hear from you about it. It's a song about one of the greatest engines of human conflict ever devised, click on this photo to get the song! It's "The Religion Song" and it's brand new. I played it in Central Park this summer, and it's getting some reaction around the internet. People are emailing and calling in from all over about this one.

Click on the photo for the mp3.

Okay, before I get outta here I'm gonna ask you all to check out the MySpace page. And, when you do I'd like you to sign up as a friend. I'm very new on the damned thing. But, I'm really exploring the whole MySpace thing to see if it's gonna be fun and worth the effort.

Let me know what you think, okay?

Here's the link:

If you've been comin' around for a while, thanks for always showing up... here and in the park. And if you're brand new here, take a look around. There's a lot of cool stuff on this site. And, you can go back and listen through a whole bunch of the previous Podcasts. Actually... you can go back and listen to all of them if you have the time.

You can also email me about anything you want by clicking on that "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get these days. But I promise I read every single one.

Thanks again.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
