Welcome to the website.
Something reeeallllly very different on today's "I Love the Company". (I can see the angry email coming in already!) Y'know, there's a new show on ILTC every weekday. It's all about music and the people who make music and the people who love music. And tomorrow, of course, is "The Wednesday Wake-Up Call". But today... is, uh... somethin'...
...you'll just hafta listen to the show.
But, first I wanna say that the summer season out in Central Park is over for another year. So, thanks for another amazing summer of music and laughs. I really am the luckiest man alive.

Now, I'm already looking forward to the annual "Year-End Concert" at Merkin Concert Hall this December. Man! I wis I jad started keeping track back in the years we did 2 or 3 shows there a year. I think this has gotta be the 12th or 15th time I've played that great venue. If you've been there with me, you know what a blast we have. I'll tell you how to get tickets right now a little bit later.
But... here it is.
TODAY'S "I Love the Company". You can hear this slightly different installment of "I Love the Company" (A half-hour internet show or podcast) ...just by turning on your speakers and clicking on this logo.

Today's special guests are: Dorothy Gale, Toto, Glinda, The Wicked Witch of the West... ah, you get the idea.
Go ahead. Give the show a listen.

And, then call this number to leave a message or a comment if you have anything to say. Have fun. Call the number and be a art of the whole thing.

It's just us.
Okay... the first indoor concert of the season!
Wednesday night, December 6th. (I guess that's about 7 weeks away.) I know there are a lot of people reading this in different parts of the country and different parts of the world. But, if you live in or around New York City, or if you plan to be in New York during the first week of December... COME TO THE "YEAR-END CONCERT" at Merkin Concert Hall !!!
It's blast every year. This year, I moved it a liittle further away from the holidays. Even though it sold-outagain last year, a lot of people emailed me and said they had too much goin' on during the weeknds just before Christmas and Hannukah. So, this year... it's on Wednesday night, December 6th. (And, every seat in the house is only $20) You can either call the box office directly:

Or, get your seats online by clicking on this link. I'm tellin' you, that gig is so much fun every year. This year, it's gonna be great again. I'm already lookin' forward to hangin' out with you guys. Gonna have some wonderful guests on stage with me. Try not miss it. Get a bunch of friends together and make a night of it!
Okay... FREE STUFF! Here are 2 new FREE downloads. I'd really like to hear from you about both of them. YEAH! One of these is the song that has rocketted around the internet over the past few weeks. Okay, okay... so, it's a parody. But, I hadda get it out fast. Blame webmaster James Marino for this one! (Well, and ex-Congressman Mark Foley) This came about during a diner-run on Broadway last week!
"Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to be Pages"
The other is a song about one of the greatest engines of human conflict ever devised, click on this photo to get the song! It's "The Religion Song" and it's brand new. I played it in Central Park last weekend, and it's getting some reaction on the podcast today. People are emailing and calling in from all over about this one.
Click on the photo for the mp3.

Okay, before I get outta here I'm gonna ask you all to check out the MySpace page. And, when you do I'd like you to sign up as a friend. I'm very new on the damned thing. But, I'm really exploring the whole MySpace thing to see if it's gonna be fun and worth the effort.
Let me know what you think, okay?
Here's the link:

If you've been comin' around for a while, thanks for always showing up... here and in the park. And if you're brand new here, take a look around. There's a lot of cool stuff on this site. And, you can go back and listen through a whole bunch of the previous Podcasts. Actually... you can go back and listen to all of them if you have the time.
You can also email me about anything you want by clicking on that "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get these days. But I promise I read every single one.
Thanks again.
