Great show today on "I Love the Company"!

Well, one reason is... I'm playing some great new music from some new artists I've found around the internet, and I'm playing some of your phone calls.

This is really cool. The whole "It's Just Us" thing is no longer just for "The People on the Hiill" or the people who are "Singin' in Central Park".

Now, it's the entire world. Seriously. The internet is making the whole damned world a lot smaller. And, still...

It's just us.

Here, click on this logo to hear today's edition of ILTC. (Maybe your phone call made it onto the show.)

Or, download it to listen whenever and wherever you want.

Today's musical guests are: Danielle Miraglia and Jenny Beck.

Yesterday I told you guys I was gonna get the women back on the show today.(Click on their photos to visit their websites, find out about them, where they're playing and how to get more of their music.)

.

Um... and TOMORROW, more of your phone calls.

I definitely wanna hear from all of you!!!

Here's the number. Write it down and call if you have anything to say!

646-224-8162

Oh yeah! And, call if you have anything to say, positive or negative, about my newest song..."The Religion Song". I'm lovin' the reaction this lyric is getting. But, I can't put emails on the show. (Reading emails isn't as fun as you guys actually calling in.) Here's a rough first recording of the song.

Click on this link to hear it!

What else... oh yeah. A few days ago I posted a video of a commentary by the host of a show called "Countdown". It inspired a few people to email me with their feelings about it, so webmaster James Marino sent me a link to another commentary by Keith Olbermann. (I dig the basic message of this one as well.)

BTW... for "I Love the Company", Ive been finding a lot of wonderful artists on The Podsafe Network, and more recently I've been cennectiuoin with some fine singersongwriters on MySpace. (Danielle Miraglia was discovered on MySpace and Jenny from the Podsafe Network.)

I mean, have you all gone to check out the MySpace page. And, if you have... have you signed up as friends and contacts? I'm very new on the damned thing. But, I'm really exploring the whole MySpace thing to see if it's gonna be fun and worth the effort.

Let me know, okay?

Here's the link:

Very soon I'm gonna have an announcement about my annual "Year-End Concert" at Merkin Concert Hall. That concert usually sells out, so I'll let you know as soon as the tickets go on sale.

If you've been comin' around for a while, thanks for always showing up... here and in the park. And if you're brand new here, take a look around. There's a lot of cool stuff on this site. And, you can go back and listen through a whole bunch of the previous Podcasts. Actually... you can go back and listen to all of them if you have the time.

You can also email me about anything you want by clicking on that "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get these days. But I promise I read every single one.

Thanks again.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
