Ernesto?
Our day in the park is being ruined by somebody named... Ernesto?
Oh, man!

I have a feeling I'll head out there tomorrow. This shitty weather's gotta end sometime...and I think it blows away tonight.
But, first! Very soon I'm gonna have an announcement about my annual "Year-End Concert" at Merkin Concert Hall. That concert usually sells out, so I'll let you know as soon as the tickets go on sale.
Now, a lot of you are reading this in different parts of the country or the world. But, the remnant of that tropical storm is soaking us today. Now, if you're in New York City and you're stuck inside, there are a couple of things you can do.
Here's the weekend show of "I Love the Company".
Go ahead... click on the logo. (You know you want to.)

Or, download it to listen whenever and wherever you want.
Another thing you could do is check out MySpace. I mean, have you all gone to check out the MySpace page. And, if you have... have you signed up as friends and contacts? I'm very new on the damned thing and sure I'm probably doing a lot of it wrong. But, I'm really exploring the whole MySpace thing to see if it's gonna be fun and worth the effort.
Let me know, okay?
Here's the link:

What else? Oh yeah... check back here a little later, and definitely tomorrow morning. Because, like I said, I have a feeling I'm gonna head out to Central Park for an afternoon of music tomorrow. (Sunday.) And, I'm gonna see if Megan Palmer, all the way from Ohio (Discovered on The Podafe Network) will still be able to come out and do a few songs.
Doh! I almost forgot!
This weekend's musical guests on ILTC are: Sam Leopold, Laura Cheadle, Cassandra Kubinski and George Wurzbach. Click on their photos to get to their websites, find out about them and how to get their music.

Yeah, this is George's photo from his website.
BTW, here's something I posted yesterday. Y'know, once in a while I get accused, even by friends, of ranting about things. Y'know? I've stopped apologizing. I'm not a fan of the word rant. (I think very often used as a defense mechanism and a weak attempt at avoidance and turning to look the other way.) All good people of conscience oughta be speaking out a lot more these days.
Anyway, here's a great little video. (Some people might call a rant.) Fuck 'em. It makes sense and needs to be said. I'm becoming more and more of a fan of this guy... Keith Olbermann.

Okay, listen... if you wanna call and be a part of the show, to make a request, a comment, express an opinion, sing a song or just say "Hey"... just call this number and leave a message.

Again, if you're new here... welcome. Hang out at the website a little while. Take a look around. Listen to the Podcast. Remember, you can subscribe by clicking on the iTunes button right over there so you don't miss any of 'em. Y'know, if you're NOT in New York City.... there are really cool shows every day here on "I Love the Company". (Y'know, so many people tell me, "I know nothing about Podcasting. I don't even own an iPod!")
You don't need a damned iPod!
Just turn your speakers on, or plug in your headphones and listen... whenever you want!
If you've been comin' around for a while, thanks for always showing up... here and in the park. And if you're brand new here, take a look around. There's a lot of cool stuff on this site. And, you can go back and listen through a whole bunch of the previous Podcasts. Actually... you can go back and listen to all of them if you have the time.

You can also email me about anything you want by clicking on that "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get these days. But I promise I read every single one.
Thanks again.
