Holy smokes!

Seriously.

Were you out in Central Park yesterday? If you were.... thank you, thank you, thank you.

Man! What a day! I mean, yeah sure, the weather was perfect... and "The Hill" was packed with people all day.... New yorkers and poeple from all across the cuntry and around the world. But, there was also that special feeling again.

Y'know... it really is my musical home. Because of all of you, I really have found a true place... for now. (Everything in this Life is for now.) I don't know where exactly in the world you're reading this! But, here in New York City, it makes me the luckiest singer/songwriter alive to be able to do what I've been doin' for years with all of you in Central Park. And, like I say... if I play your music on my Podcast, you've got an open invitation to contact me and possibly become one of my musical guests out there, or at any of the venues I play here in town. Y'know... introduce you and your music to a whole new huge and wonderful audience.

Hey! Go ahead and click on this logo to listen to this weekend's installment of the Podcast - "I Love the Company".

Or, download it to listen whenever and wherever you want.

This weekend's musical guests are: Goat, Laura Clapp and Karlus Trapp

Click on their photos to visit their websites and find out a little more about them... y'know, and how to get their music.

. .

VERY VERY soon, with the help of evil-computer-genius James Marino, I will get the video of last weekend... all of you out on "The HiIll"... Colleen in the rowboat, Ken from L.A., musical guest David Abbinanti singin' "The Red Sox Suck" ... all of it, up here on the website for you all to check out... and for all of your friends all over the planet to check out as well.

Hey! If you have anything to say about today's show... or, about anything else you hear on "ILTC", or if you are a singer/songwriter or a band and you want me to play your tracks on ILTC.... or, if you'd like to be invited as a guest artist... just call this number and leave me a message.

Cool?

If you're new here... welcome. Hang out at the website a little while. Take a look around. Listen to the Podcast for this weekend. It's a pretty cool installment of "I Love the Company" today.

Listen, I really am so sorry I haven't gotten the new video of you guys up on the site yet. I'm gonna need a hand with that. I'm sittin' here yesterday lookin' at iMovie like a monkey holding a coconut. My head is just sooooo full these days. So, I'll see what we can do about that. Got some great shots of you guys.

ALSO, have you all gone to check out the MySpace page. And if you have... have you signed up as friends and contacts? I'm really exploring the whole MySpace thing to see if it's gonna be fun and worth the effort.

Let me know, okay?

Here's the link:

Remember... THERE WILL BE A NEW SHOW ON "I LOVE THE COMPANY" THIS MONDAY AND EVERY DAY NEXT WEEK!!! So, subscribe by clicking on the iTunes button over there so you don't miss any of 'em.

If you've been comin' around for a while, thanks for always showing up... here and in the park. And if you're brand new here, take a look around. There's a lot of cool stuff on this site. And, you can go back and listen through a whole bunch of the previous Podcasts. Actually... you can go back and listen to all of them if you have the time.

You can also email me about anything you want by clicking on that "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get these days. But I promise I read every single one.

Thanks again.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
