Hey... y'know?

This is usually "Blues Tuesday" on "I Love the Company". But, I gotta tell you, things are just so damned depressing when you look at the state of the world in the past few years, especially this week...

...well, Ha! I just thought maybe "Blues" Tuesday was a bad idea!

So, I mixed things up a little.

If you need a few laughs today, click on this logo and enjoy an all-new installment of "I Love the Company".

Or, download it to listen whenever and wherever you want.

The guests on today's show are all guys that I know or have worked with in one way or another. I hope you're really gonna get a kick out of this show, today.

Here's the lineup: George Wurzbach, Bobby Mitchell, Weird Al Yankovic, Preston Simpson and Dick Cheney.

Click on their photos to visit their websites or find out a little bit more about them.

. . .

Okay... as usual, I'm asking you guys to click on this link and let me know what you think of the new MySpace page. And, if you're on MySpace as well, would you do the "friend" thing and spread the word around the internet that I finally showed up in there?

(Man! I'm slow sometimes.)

Cool?

Remember... THERE WILL BE A NEW SHOW ON "I LOVE THE COMPANY" EVERY DAY THIS WEEK!!! So, subscribe by clicking on the iTunes button over there so you don't miss any of 'em.

If you've been comin' around for a while, thanks for always showing up... here and in the park.

And if you're brand new here, take a look around. There's a lot of cool stuff on this site. And, you can go back and listen through a whole bunch of the previous Podcasts. Actually... you can go back and listen to all of them if you have the time.

You can also email me about anything you want by clicking on that "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get these days. But I promise I read every single one.

I'll talk tomorrow on "ILTC" a little bit more about my recent trip to Washington DC to play a gig for a wonderful group of people this past weekend.

Gotta get runnin'...

.

Thanks again.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
