Well, another week gone by... a good, good week.

But, here's a late-breaking news flash!!!

RAINOUT! RAINOUT! RAINOUT!

Yeah, I just got a call from Kristen Reick over at the Hudson River Park Trust, and they're calling the "Sunset Concert" for tonight a rainout.

Okay?

So, don't head down there! I will see you all in Central Park this weekend!

I know that there are people visiting this website and hitting the show, "I Love the Company" from all over the country and all around the world. But if you are from in or around New York City, right up front I hafta tell you guys... I'm gonna be in Central Park on Sunday instead of Saturday.

Cool?

But, first things first... here's the new installment of "I Love the Company" (It's a really, really cool show today.)

Click on this logo to give it a listen.

Or, download it to listen whenever and wherever you want.

The reason I won't be in Central Park this Saturday is that I have to go to Washington DC to do a special one-night gig.

But, I will be back on Sunday morning and then I will head out to "The Hill" to hang with you guys for an afternoon of music and laughs.

By the way... there is a great line-up of artists on "ILTC". Here are the musical guests:

Laura Clapp, Deena Miller, Cassandra Kubinski and Alan Bennett. (Click on their photos to visit their websites and find out about them and their music.)

. . .

Okay, listen.... I gotta get runnin' again.

Like I said, I will be in Central Park on Sunday.

I also would ask you guys to click on this link and let me know what you think of the new MySpace page. And, if you're on MySpace as well, would you do the "friend" thing and spread the word around the internet that I finally showed up in there?

(Man! I'm slow sometimes.)

Cool?

Remember... THERE WILL BE A NEW SHOW ON "I LOVE THE COMPANY" EVERY DAY NEXT WEEK!!! So, subscribe by clicking on the iTunes button over there so you don't miss any of 'em.

If you've been comin' around for a while, thanks for always showing up... here and in the park. And if you're brand new here, take a look around. There's a lot of cool stuff on this site. And, you can go back and listen through a whole bunch of the previous Podcasts. Actually... you can go back and listen to all of them if you have the time.

You can also email me about anything you want by clicking on that "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get these days. But I promise I read every single one.

Thanks again.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
