Well, hell yeah!

What a day yesterday!

If you were out in Central Park with me... thank you!

Seriously, y'know it felt great to be out there again with the people of New York City and all the cool people who showed up from all around the country and around the world. (Hey Alabama! Hey Sweden! Hey Brazil! Hey Ohio!)

Very cool. I had an awful lotta fun. What did you guys think of the new tunes for this summer? And, it was very cool that Alan Bennett showed up all the way from Nashville to sit in. (By the way, Alan's music was featured at the end of the week "I Love the Company".

Um, hey! Y'know what?

Friday's show... Friday's installment of "I Love the Company" is still here to listen to. Just click on this logo.

And, there will be an all new show tomorrow morning. (Monday) I think you're gonna wanna check that out. I'll have a litttle update on something that happened at the tail end of the music yesterday. (Something pretty outrageous if you ask me. ) But, it's all cool. As long as I've got you guys, I'm good. Damn! I love this town!

Oh, yeah... Ha! And my apologies to Mr. Rove who walked by!

But, today's show...

The musical guests on Friday's ILTC are: Shayna Steele, Alan Bennett, Sherman Ewing, and my buddy Roger Bartlett. (Songs: Ever Again, Get To You, Hollywood, My Generation, OBI)

Let me give you a heads-up about these past shows, too.

Wednesday's show was called the "Wednesday Wake Up Call". We're gonna do that every week. One of my recent shows was dedicated to female artists. Women's Day.

Go ahead and click on as many as you feel like. All of the first 25 shows are here on the site.

And remember... if you were in the park yesterday. You will probably be in the video-postcard we will post here on the website this week. (Thanks James.) Keep checkin' back.

If you wanna email me about anything, you can hit the "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get. But, I promise I eventually read every single one.

See you soon, I hope.

Thanks again.

Check back here every day, okay?

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
