Okay... I'm back!

I hadda put together a BRAND NEW show (I Love the Company) before I head out to New Jersey to shoot a TV commercial. (Yeah, I do a ittle bit of that kinda thing once in a while.)

Click on this logo to hear the latest installment of "ILTC".

The musical guests on this installment are Geoff Smith and Douglas Allen,.

.

Geoff has a song that you GOTTA hear.

RIGHT UP FRONT... I HAFTA SAY... SORRY GUYS!

I know the weather is lookin' really good for this weekend. But, I made a promise. And, a promise is a promise.

Y'see... as far a playing in Central Park this weekend... um... I'm really sorry. But, I booked a gig out on Long Island in West Babylon. At 2:00 I'll be doing a concert at the West Babylon Public Library. If you live out there on the Island, try to make it over there. We'll have a good time. I know the weather is lookin' really good for Saturday. But, I gotta do the right thing.

Maybe we'll get together on Sunday. (We'll see. Check back, okay?)

But then, it's back to Central Park for every Saturday afternoon for the rest of the summer.

Hey, check back here every day for a new installment of "I Love the Company" and the news about the video-casts we'll be doing from all the gig I play around town.

You are gonna be a part of those special video-Podcasts.

Y'know what?

For this weekend, ('Cause it seems reallly likely that we're not gonna get to hang out together?) ...why don't have a cup of coffee or a beer and sit down with the headphones on and give a listen to a few episodes of "I Love the Company". (Yesterday's show - #19 - was "Women's Day")

Then, tell your friends about the shows you dig, okay?

I would really like to hear from you, too. Register in the new version of the "Forum" (message board) right over there and chime in about "I Love the Company". Let me know what music you wanna hear, what you think you'd like to hear discussed on the show. If you have any guests you'd like to hear, let me know that, too.

Oh and, y'know? I hope you guys have been exploring the other Podcasts linked over there on the right. There's some good stuff goin' on (Like the Jersey Todd Show.) ... and some... uh... reallly interesting shit goin' on, too.

It's all fun and very cool.

If you wanna email me about anything, just hit the "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get. But, I promise I eventually read every single one.

See you soon, I hope.

Thanks again.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
