THIS WEEKEND!!!

Memorial Day Weekend... New York City.

I will be in Central Park tomorrow if the weather cooperates. (I think it's gonna be a good day.) If you're staying in town, I'm hoping that a whole bunch of you hang out there with me. We're gonna have a good time.

And... there is a really fun show to close out the week on "I Love the Company". I'm playing a few summertime songs and you'll get to hear the new tune that's sweeping the internet... "Tom Cruise Scares Me".

(It's only sweeping the internet because I felt that the internet could use a little tidying up.)

Anyway... click on this logo for today's show. Download it into your mp3 player and take it with you this weekend. Take a few shows with you! They're all exactly a half hour long. Might be fun listening at the beach or in the car.

Click on the logo to listen.

Today's musical guests are Laura Clapp and Karlus Trapp. Click on their photos to visit their respective websites and find out how to buy their music.

.

Okay, I'm gonna get ready to head out to the park tomorrow. Remember, we will be shooting some more video out there tomorrow. So, show up and maybe get your face here on the website. Then, tell all your friends all over the planet to check in and share the experience with you.

I'm hopin' that Cassie Kubinski comes out to Central Park tomorrow to do a little singin' with me. We'll certainly shoot some video of that!

Here's an example of the kind of video we're talkin' about. (This was shot last weekend.) Click on the image and give it a moment to load.)

Listen, if you've been comin' around for a while, thanks for always showing up... here and in the park. And if you're brand new here, take a look around. There's a lot of cool stuff on this site. And, you can go back and listen through a whole bunch of the previous Podcasts. Actually... you can go back and listen to all of them if you have the time.

But, you can email me about anything you want by clicking on that "Contact" button over there. I can't answer all the email I get these days. But I promise I read every single one.

Be cool to each other, okay?

Maybe I'll see you this weekend.

Thanks again.

All outdoor events are weather permitting! Stop by the website before you go if it is questionable.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
