Crazy?

Central Park this weekend?

71 degrees in Central Park today? 65 tomorrow?

I know that there is a fence around "The Hill" right now.

Maybe the "away game"... y'know that hill across the Lake. The area of the park they call "Cherry Hill"?

.

.

No. Y'know, honestly. Tomorrow is the day I hafta get together with James Marino about setting up a studio for this Podcasting project. It is something I'm feeling pretty strongly about. So, odds are we'll just hafta wait to get out to the park to share an afternoon of music.

But, do me a favor, okay?

Check back here in just a little while and I'll have a full update.

I'll let you guys know what the plan is and where and when I'm gonna be playing next.

Okay?

See you in a couple of minutes.

Oh yeah, if you're new here... just click on the "Archive" button over there and check out yesterday's update, or the day before.... or any updates for the past few years. You'll get an idea what this is all about and where we're going with all of this. (Well, maybe you won't. I'm actually not sure where we're going with all of this.)

But, yesterday's update featured a video clip from Christopher Walken. And the day before, I shared a ridiculous old-timey song that a friend sent me.

I'll be back later.

GET OUT THERE AND ENJOY THIS DAY!!!!!

Thanks for everything.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
