Hey... thanks for stopping by today. Man! We're in one of those nasty little patterns. It happens sometimes. Just timing. Beautiful, picture perfect weather all week... and raw, rainy weekends.
But,I have a feeling the rain is gonna hold off 'til tomorrow. We may even see the Sun break through today. So, I'm gonna head out to Central Park around noon and we'll see what happens.
I hope some people make their way to the park today. I feel kinda bad for the crew that is filming that documentary I was called about. If they are on a tight schedule, this may be the only time they can shoot. But, it's kind of a shame. I don't think the crowd today is gonna be very representative of what we do out there all year. For me... it will just feel good today to get my guitar on my shoulder and play some music. I've been itchin' to get out there with you guys. I've written a bunch of new songs over the winter... I wanna get them on their feet.
Y'know what?
I'm even gonna kinda take the day off from updating this home page... and just head out to the park. If you're new here and you feel like it... go click on the "Archives" button and check out the updates from thepast week. Or, if it turns into a rainy day where you are... go back even further and read more. Then jump into the"Forum" (message board) over there and say "Hi".
If you're reading this in another part of the country or another part of the world, tell us where you're from. If you live in or around New York City, maybe I'll see you in the Central Park today.

Before I leave this morning I will, of course, update the "News from Iraq". And, we'll talk more about finding positive ways to help the innocent men, women and children who lives are being destroyed over there.
In the early stages, maybe we're talking about raising money for CIVIC... that organization that Marla Ruzicka started to help the ordinary Iraqi people who are being killed and wounded every month by the hundreds and hundreds. Believe me... it'll feel good to take action. Let's do it, okay?

I'll see everybody back here tomorrow morning.
Thanks again.
