Man! I love that little countdown thing that James Marino has put at the top of this page. How the hell do these computer guys do the shit they do!?

Anyway... yeah, a week from tomorrow night. The Spring Concert at Cami Hall. YES! you can reserve a place, right now... call a friend and make plans to hang out with us. Kickoff the new spring season. About getting tickets for the concert. They are starting to sell faster today. I still think you'll probably be able to walk right up and get tickets the night of the show. But, just keep checking back here to see if it's getting close to selling out, okay? It's a Friday night, so you can plan to make a night of it with your friends. Or, y'know, come by yourself and have a blast. (Lotsa people do.) You can also reserve a place right now by putting your name on the list that they keep at the door. (CAMI only seats 200 people.) All you hafta do is click on that thing over there on the right, under the poster that says "Add to Cart". Then, walk up the night of the concert and say your name at the door.

Dodger and I are gonna get together, maybe tonight, definitely this weekend to run a few songs. I've got a couple of new tunes I'd love for him to sit in on. got a feeling we're gonna have a good time at this gig. The time between the chances I get to share a stage with Dodger is always too long. Man! I love making music!

I also have NO idea when that fence around "The Hill" is gonna come down. So, if you're walking through the park and you happen by that spot, would you let me know as soon as you see it that it's gone? Then, we'll get back out there and start a new season. Saturday afternoons this year. And, that means the "Sunset Concert Series" in Hudson River Park is gonna be on Friday nights thisa summer.

So, okay... see you at CAMI HALL a week from tomorrow! We'll let it rip together in one week.

Next Friday night, April 22.

By the way... quickly, I don't know how many Americans are actually paying attention to the president's nomination of John Bolton (jerk) to be this country's ambassador to the United Nations (probably not many.) HA! If you are following it, you know what I'm talking about. It's really kinda pathetic... actually pretty hysterical if it wasn't just another tragic example of the blind arrogance and stupidity that has become so acceptable to most citizens of this country.

But, all reason and sensibility aside... I have only ONE thought every time I see this man...

GOT MILK?

See you in the "Forum" (message board) a little later today.

Thanks for everything.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
