Still haven't heard anything from the Parks Department about getting the right permits for playing at "The Hill" this season. I'm sure it's gonna be cool. This is just the time of year, I guess, that's always kind of in the back of my mind.
Today, I'm gonna try to tighten up the SoHo show a litle bit. If you haven't made it down there, why not try to stop by tomorrow night. I'd love to know what you think of it. Film maker, Jim Fleming, is gonna be there again tomorrow night along with Sid Bernstein. Jim is interviewing David Friedman today. I'm sure he would like to talk to you if you've ever come out to Central Park. Maybe you'll wind up in the movie. I know it's weird for some of you who've been coming to "The Hill" for a while, and who've made it down to SoHo... because it's the same story of "That Guitar Man from Central Park". But, y'know, that's what it's supposed to be down there at the Playhouse. It's not "The Hill". It's the story "OF" The Hill. It's a show that is supposed to show people what a really cool thing you guys are all a part of... the biggest part of.... and, why I'm such a lucky man. Like I say, "Man... they're not doing what we do in Des Moines." But, this is supposed to be a show for the people who visit New York City... FROM places like Des Moines.
Anyway, if you wanna find out what I'm going on and on about, I'll be down at TheSoHo Playhouse again tomorrow night. Come down with a couple of friends, okay? Then, e-mail me on Wednesday and give me some feedback. If not... I'll see you when the weather gets warmer.
Maybe I'll see you soon.
Thanks again.
