Well... you think that's about it for the snow this year? I guess we'll see.
Hey, I went out to Long Island to view some of that video Jim F. is compiling for a documentary about "The People on the Hill". He really wants to interview a whole bunch of you... about going to Central Park, and hanging out on "The Hill". He's also wondering if any of you have interesting video or photography he might use in the film. Y'see, he plans on coming out there this Spring with the rest of us.... but, he wondered how the experience has changed and grown over the past 12 years. He also wants to hear your stories, especially if you go back a few years out there... who you've met there, who you share it with, how you first found it, why you go back... anything that's important to you. (Here's the e-mail address to get in touch with Jim Fleming for the movie. PeopleontheHill@optonline.net) So, send your stuff there... not to me, or the website, okay? It'll be cool. You'll be helping to make a movie.
And, listen... thanks to everyone who's been making their way down to The SoHo Playhouse. I'm havin' a really great time playing some of this new stuff for you guys. I'm finding alot of you kinda relate to the "Cell Phone" song. And, "The Voice" is finally finding... um... it's voice.
Might be doing a gig for Save the Music in a week or so. It's a great organization, and Jim Hedleston over at American Express asked me if I'd go and do about 5 or 10 minutes of some of the funny stuff. I have no idea what the actual gig is all about, but it's down at The Garden, so it would hafta be a blast.
Anyway, I hope I see some of you at The SoHo Playhouse on Tuesday Night.
Thanks again.
