Hey... how you guys doin'?

I'm finally all moved in to this new apartment. It's so good to be back in a neighborhood I'm comfortable in and used to. (And, for all of you who used to kid me about never leaving my own zip code... guess what? I'm back in that same zip code.) It's a small place, but I feel good here. It feels like a good space to work in.

Well, I just had a rehearsal yesterday with the whole band. We're probably not gonna get together again 'til the night of the show. So, for some of the stuff we'll kinda be makin' it up as we go along, again. (I kinda prefer it that way. It keeps it fun and real. I hate things that are "Vegas slick".

Anyway, I mentioned in a recent e-mail that the T-shirts are here. They look so cool. Of course, Neal gave me one... so, now I own a T-shirt that I can never where for my whole life. (Can you imagine walking down the street wearing a shirt with your own album cover on it?)

They'll be available at the concert, two Thursdays from now. Hope I see you there.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
