Well, I'm off to Stamford, Connecticut today to sing in a workshop of a new musical a friend of mine is working on called "Route 66". Then, back to New York to get to work on my own stuff, and to try to find a new place to dig in. I gotta find a different apartment to work in and to crash in when I'm in town.
I'm not fussy. I just want the deal of the century. Y'know... a beautiful, large studio or small 1BR for around $1,200 on the upper westeside.
HA!
Anyway... if that's my biggest problem (and, it is) then everything's great. (and, it is)
Hey, listen... I understand that that new show on ABC, The Wayne Brady Show, occaisionally does a search for street musicians. If anybody is so inclined... maybe you could do me a favor... (I think it might be a fun thing... who knows?) ...and send them an e-mail and see if they'd like me to be on their show. Might be cool. By the way, Wayne Brady is that black guy from "Whosse Line is It Anyway".
Well... I'm on the road. I'll talk to you later.
Thanks for everything.
