BOO!

Well, I'm just waitin' for some calls on some apartments. I really gotta move back down to the upper westside. (Wait, can you say that? "Back DOWN to the UPPER...". Hmmmmm)

But, God... I hate this stuff! Doesn't everybody? I just want someone to say, "Oh yeah, my Aunt owns a building on Central Park West. What size apartment do you want?"

Anyway, I was talkin' with Neal last night, and I think he's gonna pull the trigger on ordering the T-shirts. That's gonna be so cool. Hold off on a little Christmas shopping if you wanna get someone something that's uniquely New York and really rare. He'll have these T-shirts and all the CDs in the lobby of Merkin Concert Hall.

By the way... we set up that "Forum" so that you guys could stay in touch over the winter and perhaps share some of your thoughts with each other... y'know... start a little community in there. Have fun in there if you want.
