Another great day in New York City.

Today, I'm heading down to the studio to run some stuff with the band. And Joyce and Gloria, the two women you heard on the CD "Crazy on the Same Day", are gonna come down and work "I Can't Wait" for the first time.
I'm gonna give James a call and see if he wants to hook up later at a diner or something to talk about more of this music stuff. He is the 3 busiest men I know. Did you know he sang in a concert last Friday night down at Cooper Square?) How he has the time to do 1/5 of the things he does boggles my mind. There are soooo many cool and talented people all around me, doing such cool stuff. I know we're all having fun. But, I have a very strong feeling this morning that something really amazing is gonna happen for all of us in the next few weeks or months.

One thing I know for sure is that I'm already looking forward to the Merkin Hall Show, and the nights at The SoHo Playhouse.

Anyway... whatever you do today... enjoy it.

By the way... we set up that "Forum" so that you guys could stay in touch over the winter and perhaps share some of your thoughts with each other... y'know... start a little community in there. Have fun in there if you want.

Thanks for a great summer. Talk to you later.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
