Hey... okay... guess what?

The tickets for the December 19th concert at Merkin Concert Hall are available, now. I'll send an e-mail out today to let everybody know at the same time. So, you'll have plenty of time to round up the friends you feel like bringing to it. (Yeah, I know, I know. It's September. But, alot of people have been e-mailing about it.)

I guess it's because the last two shows were sellouts. So, if you wanna make sure you get the seats you want, you can start ordering tickets now. But, relax... there are 450 seats in Merkin and it's still over 2 months away. (The box office number is (212) 501-3330)

December 19th is a Thursday night, by the way, in case you were wondering. (Last year's "Year-end" show was also on a Thursday and it worked out really well for everybody.)

There are a bunch of new names on the mailing list. Welcome, guys. I hope you all have a good time looking around this site that James is putting together. Every day I come here to check it out, it seems he's added something else really cool. And, he's doing it all with very little cooperation form me. I mean, he asked me for the "Bio" and to add alot of things to the "Timeline". But, I just haven't gotten a chance to get to it. I will. I just gotta sit down and do it... maybe today.

Anyway, have fun today. And, if you decide to call the Merkin Box Office soon, say "hi" to Brooke. She runs the box office and she's very sweet. (Oh yeah, I think the office is open from noon 'til, like, 6:00... something like that.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
