I'm havin' a great week so far, and it's only Tuesday.

Got a couple of songs just bangin' on the door to get out. Maybe they'll arrive soon.

Tomorrow morning, I'm gonna do a press conference for something called "Pause the World". A guy named Paul Sladkus asked me to be a part of a globally-televised concert he's trying to pull off in the next month or so to try to get the world to slow down for a day. (You can find out more about it at: http://www.pausetheworld.org)

Or, you can hear an interview I did with him a week ago at his website called: www.goodnewsbroadcast.com
It's under the "arts and entertainment" section... or "music and dance", or something like that.)

Listen, if you've signed up on the e-mailing list and are wondering why you're not getting any messages from me... you're not alone. I've been getting e-mails from people asking me to make sure they're on the list after signing up in the park. It's not that we left you out. It's just that we're still in the middle of a "web-site-move". (Man! This summer I've moved from apartment-to-apartment, from house to house, and now even from server-to-server.) It'll be done soon, I hope. I'll try to find out more from James today.

In the meantime, I wanna let you know that I'm probably gonna order another bunch of copies of the second CD, "In Person" becasue so many people still ask for it. I'll let you know how that goes, too.

Thanks again for everything. I'll see you all on Sunday, I hope.

A note from filmmaker Dean Love...

As you may know I am producing a documentary about "That Guitar Man from Central Park". I would like to ask all David's fans out there to write me and tell me any stories you may have about David and his playing in Central Park and how it has affected you or what it has meant to you. I've already heard some great stories, but I know there are more that I haven't heard. So if you got a story to tell about David and his music, please briefly write it out and send it to stories@thatguitarman.com . I will be contacting people from the stories submitted to interview them for possible inclusion in the film. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone on the hill this summer.
